Bell Pepper Slaw

Simple Favorite for the Pepper Fan

  • 5 each pepper, red thin sliced strips
  • 5 each pepper, green thin sliced strips
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp horseradish grated
  • 1 tbsp mustard, dijon
  • oz oil
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 oz champagne vinegar


  • In a bowl, whisk all ingredients other than the peppers
  • Add the sliced bell peppers to the bowl and mix well
  • Store in a bowl under refrigeration or in a Ziploc bag, refrigerate
  • Serve as a topping to a protein sandwich or side dish or as part of a salad
