Sauteed brussel sprouts with scrambled egg

Ingredients
- 4 cups brussel sprouts stem cut, then cut in 1/2
- 1.5 oz oil extra virgin olive oil, or vegetable oil
- .5 t salt
- .5 t garlic granulated
- 2.5 oz onion diced
- .5 t pepper table ground
Instructions
- In saute pan heat oil, medium high heat
- Saute onion 2 minutes, season with pinch salt and garlic, pepper mill
- Add Brussel sprouts, stir, season with salt, pepper mill
- Reduce heat to medium, cover with lid, 4 minutes
- Uncover cook until Brussel sprouts are golden brown and tender
- Add eggs, stir, cover reduce heat to medium low
- 2 - 3 minutes, stir
