  • 2 each butternut squash peeled, deseeded, cubed
  • 4 oz butter
  • 2 T Brown Sugar Optional
  • S&P To Taste


  • In a large pot, cover cubed squash with water, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer
    Cook until tender, pierce with a fork, if slight to no resistance it is cooked.
    Drain water, return squash to pan, add butter, mash with potato masher, brown sugar, salt, and pepper.
    Adjust Seasonings, Serve
