- 9½ lbs Beef, skirt steak Cleaned and cut at an angle
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 2½ oz maggai sauce
- 1 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 cup oyster sauce
- 1 cup plum sauce sweet and spicy
- 1 cup honey
- 2½ oz garlic sliced thin
- 1 cup backstap molasses
- 3 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cup pineapple
- 3 tbsp ginger peeled, minced
combine all ingredients accept the cut skirt steak, blend well
in a large bowl, blend the skirt steak with the marinade
Seperate the beef, marinated into equal portions for cooking or freezing
Skewer the teryaki that is to be cooked
Pan Sear Teriyaki, then finish on stove or oven
Plate Teriyaki garnish with Scallions or Pineapple
