Ingredients

  • lbs Beef, skirt steak Cleaned and cut at an angle
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • oz maggai sauce
  • 1 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup oyster sauce
  • 1 cup plum sauce sweet and spicy
  • 1 cup honey
  • oz garlic sliced thin
  • 1 cup backstap molasses
  • 3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cup pineapple
  • 3 tbsp ginger peeled, minced

Instructions

  • combine all ingredients accept the cut skirt steak, blend well

  • in a large bowl, blend the skirt steak with the marinade

  • Seperate the beef, marinated into equal portions for cooking or freezing
  • Skewer the teryaki that is to be cooked
  • Pan Sear Teriyaki, then finish on stove or oven
