Crab Tostada

Tortilla Chips with refried beans, crab, cheddar, salsa and sour ceam

Ingredients

  • 16 each tortilla chips
  • 5 oz refried beans
  • 3 oz crab meat
  • 2.5 oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 T sour cream
  • 1 T salsa
  • 1 T cilantro leaves, washed

Instructions

  • layout tortilla chips on sheet tray
  • spread 1/2 tsp of seasoned refried beans on each chip
  • place 1/2 oz of crab on top of refried beans, just a small amount that you would enjoy
  • place a small amount of cheddar cheese on top of crab
  • bake in preheated oven for 6 - 8 minutes, until cheese melts
  • top each tostada with a small amount of salsa and sour cream, add a cilantro leaf for added flavor
