Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice long grain
  • 2 tsp seasoning see southwest seasoning recipe
  • 1 oz Vegetable Oil
  • 1 T parsley Fresh Chopped or dried
  • 2 tsp cilantro chopped fresh or dried
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 14 oz chicken stock

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients
  • cook on stovetop in covered pot on medium heat for 20 minutes until rice is tender and stock is gone. Or in covered pan in convection oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is tender and stock is gone
