- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 T oil
Cut the cod loins into 4 even portions
mix bread crumbs with paprika
roll fish portions in oil
dredge fish in bread crumbs
bake on pan sprayed cookie sheet or sheetpan @375 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees
