Ingredients

  • 40 oz cod loin
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 T oil

Instructions

  • Cut the cod loins into 4 even portions
  • mix bread crumbs with paprika
  • roll fish portions in oil
  • dredge fish in bread crumbs
  • bake on pan sprayed cookie sheet or sheetpan @375 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees
