Ingredients
- 40 oz cod loin
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 T oil
Instructions
- Cut the cod loins into 4 even portions
- mix bread crumbs with paprika
- roll fish portions in oil
- dredge fish in bread crumbs
- bake on pan sprayed cookie sheet or sheetpan @375 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees
