cook 1 lb macaroni in 4 quarts of boiling water, 10 - 12 minutes. follow instructions on package
in saucepot, add cream, dry mustard, and chicken base, heat on medium-high to simmer
cut cream cheese into chunks and stir into hot cream, stir until creamy
strain pasta when cooked, leave in strainer until sauce is ready
stir in shredded extra sharp cheddar, stir until smooth
add pepper, and milk, stir
Combine macaroni with sauce in large pot, stir to thoroughly mix
Fold in chopped lobster meat, chop to desired size
