- 1.5 tsp chicken base gluten free, bouillon
- 1/2 lb lobster meat cleaned cooked
- 1 each garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp mustard dried
- 1.5 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- cook 1 lb macaroni in 4 quarts of boiling water, 10 – 12 minutes. follow instructions on package

- in saucepot, add cream, dry mustard, and chicken base, heat on medium-high to simmer
- cut cream cheese into chunks and stir into hot cream, stir until creamy
- strain pasta when cooked, leave in strainer until sauce is ready
- stir in shredded extra sharp cheddar, stir until smooth
- add pepper, and milk, stir
- Combine macaroni with sauce in large pot, stir to thoroughly mix

- Fold in chopped lobster meat, chop to desired size
