Set Turkey in a roasting pot large enough to hold the turkey, soak in Orange Thyme Brine overnight
Roast Turkey in Roasting pan, on the rack, at 325 in a conventional oven, covered for 4.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes with 2 quarts of brine placed on the bottom of roasting pan.
Remove lid or foil continue to cook uncovered for 1.5 hours for color, and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
