Ingredients

  • 1 roasting chicken 4 - 5 lbs.
  • 1/2 cup chili citrus rub

Instructions

  • prepare chicken, wash cavity, rub with chili citrus rub
  • smoke in smoker for 2.5 - 3.5 hours at 225 degrees. Until poultry reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees
  • Serve as chicken pieces, or cool, pull meat away from skin and bones for pulled chicken
